Warranty Policy: SG Design LLC warrants that it's products are crafted by using quality materials and workmanship.
Exchange Policy: Products may be exchanged for a similar style if (1) the original piece(s) is defective or of poor workmanship, (2) a different size or color is desired, or (3) SGD-BOX has made an error in order execution. Customers must initiate an exchange within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the product by making a Request for Exchange. Shipping charges are paid by SG Design for conditions (1) and (3). Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed), and with proof of purchase. A confirmation of exchange would be emailed to the customer from SGD-BOX within three (3) working days of the receipt of the request.
